"Whenever people ask me to compare Larchmont and Mamaroneck to say Scarsdale or Greenwich ( all great places in which to reside), I have to mention how Larchmont offers upscale living, water views (if desired), fine dining, the Manor Park (which is approximately 13 acres of tranquility and offers approximately 5000 ft. of shoreline), and offering popular schools within both Larchmont and Mamaroneck, and all just 35-40 minutes or so by train to New York City. With a French American School in the Manor, Larchmont and Mamaroneck have long been a favorite of Europeans. Not just for the wealthy, there are some smaller lesser priced homes in both Larchmont and Mamaroneck, coops and condos too. Approximately 5800 people in Larchmont per the 2010 census, and just 18 miles from midtown Manhattan. No wonder Larchmont was ranked 11th in 2005 as one of the best places to live in the United States. The easy access to the trains, dining, parks and recreation are a big attraction also as Larchmont Village is only about 1.1 square miles. Many of the long time residents will either buy larger homes in Larchmont or downsize to smaller but all wishing to stay in Larchmont.. that is the appeal of this community... People simply love it!"
"Gay was remarkable from the beginning consultation all the way through to a small issue AFTER closing. He professionalism is top-notch and she strives to ensure the process is smooth and quick.
"To say Gay is exceptional seems like an understatement. She goes so far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect of a realtor that she is in a class by herself. Gay handled a complex cross-country work relocation with indefatigable attention to detail and a kind, supportive spirit during a very stressful time. She is firm and has strong negotiating skills, always looks out for your best interest, is a great communicator and is very knowledgeable about relocation-related issues. Gay also listens well, doesn't waste your time, is smart and extremely hardworking, and always has your back. She's the best, and her record reflects that. I recommend her unreservedly and enthusiastically - I'm glad I can recognize her outstanding efforts in this forum. " LD
